Getting Started the right way!

Staying on track of a healthy balanced diet isn’t always easy, we can say we will start for weeks but will never get the focus or motivation to actually start and stay on plan!

Getting started is important for knowing what you can and cant have or more what you should choose instead.

Limits – Try and limit yourself to so many sugars/ sweets/ cakes/ pizza whatever your downfall may be and keep a note of what your having! this will help you keep on track as if you go back and look at what you’ve had you’ll know you shouldn’t have anything else.

Better choices- swapping things for better choices may seem hard but of you put your mind to it and you are dedicated it can be better than you think, for example changing white bread to brown, semi skimmed milk to skimmed , oil to fry light all those little change add up.

Store cupboard essentials- this is a huge part of starting your plan off right, things like fry light, spices, herbs , white wine vinegar, soy sauce , salt, pepper, tinned tomatoes, sweetcorn, pasta, rice all things you reach for on a day to day basis.
